To achieve its goals, the platform was structured into three distinct sections, each tailored to a different user experience while staying true to Agulha’s identity:
CONTEXT
The Agulha eCommerce Platform is a digital transformation initiative that pivoted from an events platform to an online space for community support and engagement. Originally intended to display the venue’s event lineup and facilitate ticket sales, the platform evolved into a multi-functional site featuring branded products, support for local artists, and interactive memories of past shows.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Led the UX/UI design process, defining user flows and creating an intuitive navigation system across multiple sections. Developed and tested prototypes to enhance engagement and usability while ensuring a seamless experience across devices. Maintained a consistent brand identity, aligning the platform’s visuals and interactions with Agulha’s vibrant personality.

Revenue Generation: High-ticket items sold out within the first week of launch.
Community Engagement: Social media buzz from the Nostalgia section strengthened Agulha’s connection with its audience

NOSTALGIA // Interactive Gallery
A playful, unstructured layout that recreated the experience of flipping through old event posters—much like vinyl records scattered on the floor. Users could sift through past memories, sparking an emotional journey and deepening their connection to Agulha. This section gained significant traction, being widely shared on social media as users posted images of their favorite past shows.


SALVE SALVE // eCommerce Section
A clean, minimalist interface that highlighted Agulha’s branded products, such as clothing and accessories, providing an easy, enjoyable shopping experience.
The layout emphasized product visibility and clear descriptions, allowing users to connect with the venue while browsing.
CLASSIFICADOS // Classifieds Section
Inspired by traditional newspaper classifieds, this section enabled local artists to promote online classes and services, fostering a sense of solidarity.
The newspaper-style layout was carefully crafted to resonate with Agulha’s 32+ audience, making it feel both familiar and accessible.
